Introducing Zoo-Phonics

Tuition Policy

Our governing board has written a policy for the procedure we are to follow for non-payment.

Our general tuition policy is that all payments be made at the beginning of each week.  For families that are on a two week pay period, accommodations have been made to allow for an every-other-week payment schedule, so long as one week is paid in advance.  NO changes are being made to this practice.

The significant change to our policy for non-payment is as follows:

  • If you are two weeks behind in tuition payments, your child will not be able to attend class.

  • You will receive a Late Notice in your child’s locker the first week that you are in arrears.  You will receive a Second Late Notice after 2 weeks.  If you receive a Second Notice, your child will not be able to attend class until tuition is paid in full.

We wish to thank all of you for your support of our programs and regret any inconvenience this policy may cause.  We have always had warm, caring relationships with our Grace Day Care families and we are so appreciative of this.

Your children are and will continue to be our top priority.
